1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, installing, or interacting with any component of the Xplofy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable laws.

2. AI-Synthesized News & Content Disclaimers

Xplofy utilizes automated natural language processing and machine learning models (the proprietary Xp37 cognitive engine) to aggregate, vectorize, synthesize, translate, and contextualize public news reports.

• Source Attribution: Xplofy explicitly attributes core news events to their original publishing sources. We do not claim ownership of external factual reporting.
• Informational Nature: Content generated via AI Summary, ELI5 Explainer, Bias Spectrum Board, and Xp37 Audio Casts is provided strictly for educational and general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or medical advice.
• Algorithmic Neutrality: While our models are engineered to eliminate sensationalism and highlight multiple perspectives, we encourage users to consult primary citations linked within each story.

3. User Accounts, Security & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (Google Sign-In, Firebase session keys). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Kalbhyx Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following restricted actions:

• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Xp37 API or mobile endpoints using unauthorized automated scripts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security architecture of the Xplofy mobile bundle or Cloudflare edge workers.
• Submitting abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent reports via the Story Reporting module.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All proprietary cognitive algorithms, the Xp37 brand and engine architecture, UI design layouts, mobile client codebases, sound designs, and trademark signatures are the exclusive intellectual property of Kalbhyx Private Limited. Early access tokens (e.g., XP- strings) are temporary platform identifiers and do not constitute financial claims or equity entitlements.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Xplofy platform is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without warranties of any kind. Kalbhyx Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, edge network latency, third-party API availability, or reliance on synthesized content.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, under the statutory framework of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable digital media ethics rules. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
